What is the payment policy?

We are a private pay office at this time, however, just because we do not provide insurance billing services does not mean you cannot use your coverage.  NWA would be happy to provide necessary documentation (Superbill) for those clients wishing to self-file for reimbursement with their insurance company.


Payment is due at the time services are rendered. NWA accepts payment be in the form of cash, check/FSA check, bank transfer or credit card payment via QuickBooks, or PayPal/Venmo


What is your attendance policy?

NWA Speech Therapy requires sessions to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. All "No Shows" will be billed for the scheduled appointment time. Therapy services will be terminated for clients with three no-show visits or repeated irregular attendance.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

NWA will follow the school closings of your child’s school or reschedule the visit to a Teletherapy session.
